Pros:
-Sweet chandelier
-Easy to vacuum/keep clean
-Natural light
-Nice minimalist interior
-Could swim anytime
Potential downsides I see:
-No garage for storing many Toyota’s
-Pretty small, not much room for activities
-In a lake
-Said lake is in Russia

In the future I want a small farm with a pond. I now have an idea for the guest house/mother in law suite.

I like it. When your mother in law annoys you just tow her to the middle of the lake and head back to the dock.
